What we currently collect

The property enquiry form is not currently active on this website. At present, this website does not collect any personal data from visitors beyond standard, anonymous web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) generated automatically by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes, which are not used to identify individuals.

What we'll collect once the enquiry form is active

When enabled, our property enquiry form will collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you submit, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry about a property. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or with your consent where required.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share relevant information with contractors or service providers (e.g. maintenance contractors) where necessary to progress a tenancy or property viewing.

How long we keep data
